Laser Engraving Charges
TROIKA customizes through laser engraving.
The pricing tables shown throughout the catalog do not include customization charges; all products to be customized/laser engraved will be subject to the following rates:
Laser Setup charge per engraving area $100.00 (z)
1 position laser engraving (per piece) $ 0.50 (z)
Additional laser engraving positions (per piece) $ 0.50 (z)
Laser engraving of artwork larger than 2” x 1” will be subject to an additional charge of $0.30 (z) per piece/position.
Certain items may need to be oxidized in order to reflect a darker image of the logo for contrast purposes, oxidation will be charged in addition to laser engraving charges at the following rates:
1 position oxidation (per piece) $ 0.50 (z)
Additional oxidation positions (per piece) $ 0.50 (z)
Upon request TROIKA will quote charges for screen/pad printing

Artwork Charges/Disclaimer
Please submit high resolution black & white artwork in any of the following formats: JPEG, TIFF or GIF.
Artwork submitted in the following formats is not acceptable: color originals, photographs, laser printouts, faxed artwork, letterhead, business cards or Low resolution logos downloaded from websites.
Artwork that does not meet the abovementioned standards will require a $50.00 (z) art modification charge, and cause delays in production.
When sending artwork, please include company name, phone
number, fax, email address, PO number, contact person and additional instructions.
TROIKA reserves the right to accept or reject artwork or images to be placed on any product that we offer, based on copyright infringement, unless written permission from the source accompanies the order. Customers submitting artwork agree not to hold TROIKA responsible for any alleged copyright infringement.

Laser Engraving
TROIKA provides a full service, in-house laser engraving facility. Laser engraving provides a mark that is crisp, clean and permanent.
Laser engraving cannot be performed in silicone and acrylic, items with such materials will be engraved in alternative position.

Samples
All samples are billed at EQP plus ground freight charges and must be pre-paid by credit card before shipping unless your company has open terms with TROIKA.
Paper proofs will be sent free of charge.

Standard Packaging
All TROIKA products are presented in a rich, matte black gift box with four color picture label.

Orders
All orders by customers have to be submitted in writing (fax, email), no phone orders are accepted.
Orders are considered firm with purchase order and may not be cancelled or changed without prior approval in writing from TROIKA.
All costs prior to date of change will be billed.

Orders Acknowledgements
All customer orders will be promptly acknowledged with a fax or
email confirmation. Please review the acknowledgment and advice in writing any discrepancies from your original order. TROIKA will not be responsible for any discrepancies not brought to our attention, in writing prior to production.

Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed, customer will bear all cost of cancellations.

Production Time
Once the artwork and application has been accepted by customer, if the product is in stock it usually takes TROIKA 10 days to have the product ready for shipment.
For special deadlines and circumstances, or rush orders, please contact TROIKA for quoted lead times and special rush order pricing.

Credit Terms
Credit references and guarantees are required to establish Open Account status.
Open Account customers have Net 30 day terms F.O.B. Florida, USA, on approval of credit. If you would like TROIKA to invoice your customer directly, please submit credit information and phone numbers for all accounts.
Pre-payment orders will only be processed after all funds have cleared. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, if approved by Troika's credit department.
Production will not begin until credit set-up has been resolved.
Terms will be extended to companies whose credit standing has been approved by TROIKA. A line of credit cannot be established, nor can terms be extended, without our credit application and resale certificate being completed, signed and returned prior to the shipment of your first order.
Sales tax will be charged on all orders, based upon the tax rates of the shipping address, unless a resale exemption certificate, or use tax exemption certificate for the application state is on file with our Credit Department.
All processes, specifications and terms of sale are subject to change without notice. All orders are accepted subject to availability of materials and component parts and TROIKA accepts no liability for inability to ship any orders due to material or part shortages.

Over and Underruns
A 5% overrun/underrun will constitute fulfillment of the order. The invoice will reflect actual quantity shipped. We will make every attempt possible to ship exact quantities, but we reserve the right to overship/undership by 5%, and bill accordingly.

Repeat Orders
There is no set-up fee for exact re-orders.

Returns
Orders found to be incorrect, due to Troika's error, will be replaced at no cost. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number within 30 days of receipt of the order. Requests for RA numbers must be in writing. Orders returned without authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to sender without a credit issued and at their expense. All Ra's numbers from TROIKA must be writing.

Shipping
TROIKA will ship according to customer routing instructions on purchase order, whenever possible. Any purchase orders not indicating specific routing instructions will be shipped according to our best judgment. TROIKA can only guarantee shipping dates from point of F.O.B. and is not responsible for carrier delays or acts of God. All prices in this catalog are F.O.B. West Palm Beach, Florida. Title to merchandise passes to buyers at point of F.O.B. Merchandise is shipped at buyer's risk. Any claims for loss or damaged good must be files against the carrier.
Please retain all shipping materials for inspection by carrier in the event of a claim.
For motor freight shipments, distributor must file claims directly with the carrier within 15 days. For UPS and FedEx shipments, any claim must be filed within 10 days. C.O.D. shipments are not available. Our standard shipping is done through FedEx or UPS Ground, which we charge the common carrier plus any additional handling. If you prefer to ship by another means, please specify on your purchase order and provide all account numbers.
